Plastic bag skirts

The first time I made a skirt out of trash bags was for my "queen of hearts" costume.

I wanted something SUPER puffy and flowy, but I didnt want the look of tulle for this one.

So it got me thinking, why not try something a little unconventional? And thats just what I did!

I really fell in love with this look, who wouldnt want to wear this all the time if they could?

I'm really hoping to work the bugs out so I'm able to have them for sale.

So with that said, I'll label these as COMIMG SOON!
